Payment is charged when you activate your plan (monthly or annual) through Stripe. The 15 calendar days of guarantee start from that date.
If Bryana is not the right fit for you within those 15 days, email us at hola@bryana.es or contact us via in-app chat with your refund request. We will refund the full amount of the first charge for that plan, no questions asked.
To process the refund we need to identify your account (the email you registered with) and the plan activation date. We process the refund through the same payment method used in Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
This guarantee applies only to the first charge of each Bryana plan subscription. Subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not covered by this policy: in those cases, the general cancellation and refund rules in the Terms and Conditions apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your panel (no minimum commitment). Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the period already paid except within these initial 15 days.
