Tattoo studio software pricing (2026)
Almost nobody publishes the sector’s prices side by side, so we did: what each tool costs according to its own website, what each price includes and which currency it is advertised in. No fine print: when a rival is cheaper than Bryana, we say so.
Prices verified on each tool’s official website on August 4, 2026

How to read the table
- •Every price comes from the tool’s official public website, checked on August 4, 2026. Prices change: before deciding, always confirm on each vendor’s site.
- •Inkup advertises in dollars ($12 base) and Vagaro showed pounds when we checked from Europe; the rest advertise in euros. We did not convert currencies to avoid distorting figures.
- •Comparing only the “from” price is misleading: a lead-capture form, a calendar and a panel with an AI that answers your DMs do different jobs. Always look at what the price includes.
- •We found no published prices for some tools in the sector (e.g. Treatwell): we mark those as “not published” instead of making them up.
Bryana’s plans in detail
These are the prices you will see on our plans page — the same ones Stripe charges, VAT included and with no lock-in:
Flash
€39/mo (€31/mo billed annually)
The whole panel without AI: calendar, chats, inventory, statistics, exports and digital consent forms. You answer and schedule by hand.
Ink
€69/mo (€55/mo billed annually)
1 user. The AI answers your Instagram: it replies to every DM in seconds and collects the tattoo details.
Studio
€109/mo (€87/mo billed annually)
Up to 4 users. AI on Instagram and WhatsApp, automatic pre- and post-appointment reminders, inventory with alerts and team roles.
Empire
€199/mo (€159/mo billed annually)
Unlimited users, Autoposts (schedule and publish your studio’s Instagram content from the panel) and priority WhatsApp support.
Every plan includes a 15-day full refund guarantee. The first 50 studios (Founding Members) get 30% off for life.
Let’s be honest: who is cheaper?
On entry price, Inkup ($12/mo), Fresha (€12.95/mo), Squarespace (€14/mo) and TattooGenda (€16/mo) cost less than Bryana’s cheapest plan (€39/mo). If all you need is a lead-capture form, a calendar or a website, any of them may be enough and will cost you less.
Bryana compares better when you add up what it replaces: the AI that answers your Instagram and WhatsApp DMs and collects each tattoo’s details, plus the overlap-proof calendar, reminders, signed digital consent forms, inventory and statistics — in one fee and in your language. If that is your bottleneck, the maths change; if it is not, the cheaper alternatives are linked above.
Pricing FAQ
How much does tattoo studio software cost?
Published prices in the sector range from Inkup’s $12/mo (lead capture) to €199/mo for Bryana’s Empire plan. In between: Fresha from €12.95/mo, Squarespace from €14/mo, TattooGenda from €16/mo, Vagaro from £20/mo and Booksy at €34.99/mo. Treatwell publishes no fee and works on commission. Data verified on August 4, 2026.
Why is Bryana more expensive than Inkup or Fresha?
Because they do different jobs. Inkup captures leads through a form behind your bio link and Fresha is a generic beauty booking app. Bryana includes an AI that answers your Instagram and WhatsApp DMs and collects the tattoo details, plus calendar, reminders, digital consent forms, inventory and statistics. If you do not need all that, those cheaper options may be the better buy for you.
Is there free tattoo artist software?
Fully free and tattoo-specific, we found none with published pricing. The real zero-cost alternatives are a spreadsheet and answering DMs by hand: they work at low volume, but the hidden cost is your time. Several paid tools offer free trials: TattooGenda 14 days, Fresha and Booksy 7 days, and Bryana a 15-day full refund guarantee.
Is annual billing worth it?
It depends on the tool. On Bryana, annual billing works out to about 2 months free (Flash drops from €39 to €31/mo). Inkup advertises 60% savings on annual and TattooGenda’s Expert plan is €495/year versus €45/mo. If you are still trying a tool out, start monthly and switch to annual once you know you are staying.
Are these prices up to date?
We verified every price on each tool’s official website on August 4, 2026, and where a company publishes no pricing we say so instead of estimating. Even so, third-party prices change without notice: use this page as a map and confirm the final figure on each vendor’s site.
